Gee, you know the theme of the film --- she is above the law. We do not ever expect her to be indicted for anything. We are indicting her in the public arena and hoping that we will awaken enough people that she is kept out of the White House.
I have followed it. PP ran a Hollywood fundraiser for HRC. HRC listed the contribution as laughably low in her campaign finance report. PP filed a complaint. There has been lots of back and forth, mostly it resulting in HRC's campaign (not her personally) admitting they screwed up and and filed incorrect reports. They have updated the reports. They have paid fines. Wrists have been slapped.
PP is suing HRC, for what damages? Filing bad FEC forms?
Here we get to the limit of my memory. My suspiciion is that HRC's lawyers will shut down the suit before it gets to the deposition of A-list Hollywood celebs. My suspicion is that a judge will find that PP has overstepped, and tosses his suit out on a technicality.
That seems to be how things of this type usually end up.
So, sure send me the link for the civil suit, I'll try to read it... but in the meantime, for me an others intersted in the thread what is the "elevator pitch" for the lawsuit?

Behind the scenes, Clinton's agent, Jim Levin, used proprietary information, flew to Japan, and made a deal with Peter's Japanese business partner. When $5 million did not come into the company as promised by Tendo Oto, the company joined the rest of the dot coms and its stock collapsed. Had Oto brought in the capital as promised, the company would have made it through the cash crunch. If Clinton came aboard as promised a few months later, he would have brought in huge revenue for the company in Europe, Asia, and South America.
Clinton was involved in a business fraud that helped wreck a public company. He will stand trial as one of the defendants in L.A. Superior Court.
When the judge removed Hillary as a defendant (that has been appealed), he specifically told David Kendall that he would not entertain any motion to remove her from the witness list. He then looked sternly at Kendall and said, "Did you hear that, Mr. Kendall?"
Hillary's declaration is totally phony. She has set up her own daughter to have to commit perjury to protect her mom. The day after the concert, Streisand had an event for Lie-brary donors. Peter spent 45 minutes with Chelsea. The family was so excited that daddy would be coming to work for the creator of Spider Man. They played scrabble together after the concert discussing it.
We have witnesses and footage that is going to make Hillary look like the liar she is. Let's hope a small percentage of the public wakes up before 2008. If they do, we have done our jobs.
