It gets lots of second glances here in the S.F. Bay Area. ;-)
Is the problem with exact copies of the logo, or with knockoffs that exploit the concept of the right edge of the letter "W" serving as a flagpole? I'm not positive, but I would be surprised if the letter-as-flagpole hasn't already been done for any of the letters where it could work (including H, I, J, N, U, V, W, and maybe K and X as well).
