This was to intercept the legal maneuvers of the antiwar activists. Maybe it will, if Congress actually moves on the Bill, which they won't anytime soon.

Hello,
I believe that intercepting the legal maneuvers of the antiwar activist is a part of this war. I also believe that the "antiwar activists" are not really antiwar. They are anti-American. There is a big difference. But, this is not all legal maneuvers, the political component of this announcement is huge.
