I wonder why this 'news organization' decided to use quotes around 'terrorists'. Oh wait, Agence France-Press. Nevermind. I want to see the SAME biased media start writing "dead civilians" as "dead 'civilians'". When insurgents have no formal army, EVERYONE is a civilian.

Quotation marks mean they are quoting someone. It doesn't mean they question the veracity of the quotation. If the men had been common criminals, presumably they would have put "convicts" in quotation marks instead of "terrorists".
