I think the government should build 8 plex apartment buildings and fill them with lazy,useless Welfare bums. Then they should give them all money,free groceries,health care,heating and clothing allowance. Now these folks have all the time in the world to get on their feet and find employment. See?..I think this idea will work.

At some point the U.S. has to consider exporting these criminals like they did for John Carr. He was considered an "undesirable" and they gladly sent him to us.
WHY can't we do the same for these freaks?
WHY do we have to pay for their incarceration, court costs, soft punishment to only have them get out and do it all over again?
I don't care if they have no country that wants them ... then again there is always France. They'll take nearly anything that breathes so it's not like they have no where to go.
