realize I'm just an old fossil, but the traditional FR way to handle different articles on the same subject was to post them on the existing thread Ok, I searched and did not get any hits via the Headline, How else should I search before posting?

A search on "bin laden" showed the other thread 2 below yours.
Also looking to the right in "breaking news" showed the other thread.
Don't get me wrong please. I'd rather see a story posted a couple times than to miss it completely.
Also I'm not the site owner, nor am I a mod so my opinion has no more value than yours.
I just have a headache so was being a grump butt.
