I see there's a thread now also by Schuer, the CIA agent referred to in the 9/11 Commission Report, that there were multiple instances where the Clinton administration let OBL go.

NBC's Lisa Myers had a lengthy piece on NBC Nightly News about this Predator Drone spotting OBL shortly after 9/11.
Don't forget also, the WaPo published in an article that OBL used a satellite phone, and ever since then, it's been harder than hell trying to track him.
