So do I, which is why I was able to enjoy the Simpsons for years. I just don't think Futurama is funny. I think Bender is poorly writen and predictable. I wanted to like the show but they didn't meet me half way!
I'm a huge animation fan but I've always hated The Simpsons.
I just never found it the least bit amusing. I think the drawing style put me off. I don't like the look.
Futurama had some decent bits but Dr. Zoidberg was too annoying for me.
