He's enroute to lock up and will be in front of the judge at 10 Am.
Then he will be transported to Chemung county to be arrained there.
I have been listening to this all day long.
If he was taken in NY, I think he would have been killed.

NY State Police were deputized by the U.S. Marshalls to operate in Pennsylvania. The head of the NY State Police announced the capture/surrender. They took him to the same jail he escaped from with the can opener. I hope they don't give him the same cell and kitchen privileges ;-)
