Word of the Day --- Yank

Not a good word to be used in conjunction with The Impeached One. Descriptive of real events perhaps, but not a pretty picture.

Did Nixon ask that "All the President's Men" not be released? Would anyone have listened to him?

No, the Democrats have ABC by the balls. Can you say "we will revoke your license if you show this"? I thought you could.

Last I checked, the FCC is part of the executive branch, controlled by Republicans. The House and Senate are controlled by Republicans as well. The only way the Dems can get any licenses pulled it with Republican help.

BTW, ABC, as a network, doesn't have a an FCC license, individual stations do, and ABC owns some, but far from all, of it's local stations. Only those licenses could be pulled.

Once again the Politicians reveal their ignorance of the topic they are pontificating and/or blustering about.

If ABC yanks the film, how can the network even go on, knowing that it's now common knowledge that it will bend when people shriek? Who will want to work for such a gutless organization?

Condi gave an interview during the 2000 campaign to WJR in Detroit where she mentioned Bin Laden.

Clarke's claim was that she looked as though she did not understand the term "Al Qaeda" during his first briefing with her.

After lot's of searching, not even FR could find a public reference specifically referencing AQ by Condi prior to 2001. Did she know the term? Who knows?

Okay Clinton, we'll cancel "Path to 9/11" and show either "Hotel Rawanda" or "Blackhawk Down" instead. You can pick!

If they yank the show, it will be the equivalent of bending over and grabbing their ankles.

Wouldn't be the first time this happened...

And from this link....

Review: 'Hollywoodland' Justified Look At Reeves Mystery

....The only thing that prevents "Hollywoodland" from being a slam-dunk is that, like other films "based" or "inspired" by true stories, a certain amount of dramatic liberties have to be taken to bring the bring the story to life.

Except in this case, eh?

This is actually great news in the long run....the Dems unwillingness & inability to constructively participate in the greatest debate of the new century effectively ends their political leadership...probably permanently...probably even as a functional party. Watching the Dems atrophy under Clinton leadership through the '90's, I nevere figured he'd completely kill it off...but he & she finally have. The treasonous and cowardly among us are labeled and identified.

Where does this stand? Is ABC caving or not?

We will find out to tonight, but if the letter got released it doesn't look like ABC is intimidated.

Where was the "TOON" before Fahrenheit 911 encored?

They believe that every word in F-911 is true. I have been told by several moon bats that Bush didn't sue because he couldn't prove one part of the movie to be false. So goes the thinking of the left.

Just a note - If this does get aired and it does end up starting the end of the Clinton cover-ups, (ie - becoming common knowledge), this could really be an important event that signals the loss of Democratic control of one major (MSM) network miniseries. My guess is that the Democratic Party is starting to split in two. Those in favor of the War on Terror and those in favor of the Reign of Terror. Just guessing though. It sure is nice however to hear that stuck pig squealing.

<< Harvey Keitel ... told reporters yesterday that ... he is upset that several scenes were simply invented ... >>

Wow.

Now there's an authority to be reckoned with.

Why I'll just lay down New York City to a single brick that every morning the boss of ABC/Disney picks up the 'phone and calls Mr Keitel to ask him what to think today!

<< The Clintons have moved beyond Thug-ism (Mobster-ism) to Stalin-ism ... >>

Astute.

The treasonous, recidivist, lying, looting, thieving, mass-murdering, absolutely-corrupt co-serial-rapist gangster bastards have gotten away with so much for so long their arrogance now knows no bounds!

BUMPping

<< Truth is their WORST enemy. >>

Not so.

Truth is their ONLY enemy.

But there are at least two reasons to edit the series: In it, the execrable Richard Clarke is represented as credible and his work as efficacious.

And those are bloody lies!

<< Here's a test: Name (United States President and Armed-Forces Commander-In-Chief) George Walker Bush's attorney? >>

What a fabulous question. Thank you.

(Best I can recall he last needed one [James Baker] when the world's then most dangerous dullard tried to steal [To Gregoire, that is] the 2000 Presidential Election)

<< Consider: If Gorelick, Clarke and Clinton had been .... honest >>

May I have an easier one, please?

Like, for example, might I, say, consider single-handedly building an Apollo-like system, launching it and completing a comprehensive Lunar exploration expedition and and returning safely to Earth before Christmas, 2006?
