NYS no longer has the death penalty. Not even for cop killers.
New York doesn't have a death penalty.
Pity, he is deserving of it if anyone is.
Ship him down to FL. We'll take care of him. We might even bring Ol' Sparky out of retirement just for him.
BTW, you people in Florida didn't even know what to do with your mad-dog killer Michael Schiavo, or John Evander Couey who murdered Jessica Lunsford. Why would anybody think you could handle a wild, untamed very dangerous Indian.
Couey will wind up on Death Row, rest assured. The tossing of his initial confession is only a speed bump. I share your feelings about Schiavo but unfortunately, he was never charged, though he should very well of been.
