I thought ABC's little presentation before and after the President's speech was insulting. Gibson seemed to be saying "Now all you morons out there need to know Bush said this wouldn't be political but it probably will be so watch out". I also could have sworn George Stephonapolous remarked how Bush's speech hoped to limit Republicans loses in November. Can anyone confirm that?
