MAN was short for MANKIND - it did not exclude women who have been conditioned to point out WOMEN TOO! by radical feminists and other progressive socialists who only want to divide us.
Humans is not used in conversation (normally) --- let us human males and females ..... Whoops! I'm sorry! I said huMAN - what about huWOMAN ? huWOMANity?
