They don't follow the Geneva convention, why should they be protected by the same document that they don't respect?

The USSC just ruled they have the protections in the Hamdi Case. It's not who isn't joined in the Geneva Convention, it's who is that the USSC ruled against and that's us. All we have to do is divorce ourselves from the treaty but I don't know how one gets out of a treaty once they sign other than doing it the way Russia and China does it, ignore it.
