As would I. I hope that all RI conservatives take the necessary steps to ensure that Chaffee is thrown overboard in the general election.

The fact of the matter is that the guy is so far to the left that it makes not one bit of difference to the conservative movement who wins the general election.

When the party prefers to attract independents OVER the base, you have a major problem.

I have to disagree with you slightly. It's one thing to attract the independents in November. You should have already locked up your base in the primaries by nominating candidates who have at least a passing resemblence to what is outlined in your party platform.

I think we can both agree that Chafee ain't that guy.

So, yeah, I totally agree, if we're talking about the primaries.

If a Conservative, or heck, even a non-leftist moonbat of a RINO can't win Rhode Island, then I say screw Rhode Island.

Gonna be painful come time to write those appropriations bills. Maybe they'd finally wise up.

If Lincoln the useless twat Chafee is the key to holding the U.S. Senate, then I'm just about ready to give up.

Apparenty not very many, considering the Federal, State and Local officials indifference to it. Why, Arnold just signed the Illegal Labor Encouragement Act, which should help speed the border erasure right along.
