They expect us to attack if we can. This rule gives them a gift they don't even expect. The West needs to wage this war with ruthless determination. Else, we can lose this war, the european way, one simpering concession at a time, while our military is stifled by lawyers and State Department jerks, until anything but Sharia law is a hate crime.
