My son, who is in Iraq just asked me to research "Catch 22", He wants a sign for his room. It is amazing how many "Catch 22"s there have been through out history. One dated back to the 13th century and was used to justify a King's taxation policy. If you partied a lot and lived extravagantly, then you had lots of money and deserved high taxation. If on the other hand, you lived frugally, then you must be saving lots of money and you also deserved to be taxed heavily.
