"They Are Stabbing Me In The Back."
Good! Just like she stabs us. Ihope they stab her in the back, the front, the bottom and on hertop and everyplace else. It couldn't happen to nicer Manhattan cocktail party bimbo liberal.

"Katie looked bad"
I thought the same thing. I didn't know if she was going for the "elder statesman" look or what, but she really looked haggard and old.

CBS hired Cattie thinking they could attract the Orka Winfery viewers, none of those geniuses stopped to think that Orka's fans never watch news of any kind...lol.

"...Another horribly negative comment is now accepted as fact at CBS: Sure, some people are going to watch us/her now, but can you imagine anyone having a choice between us and Charlie Gibson on ABC going with us if/when there is another terrorist attack?"Does this mean she doesn't have GRAVITAS??? because you know...you HAVE to have gravitas...

"Perky's visage still adorns the front of every NYC transit bus."
That shiny old bus is a beautiful sight
With the black smoke a-rolling up around the taillight
It may sound kind-a cruel but I've been silent too long
Thank God and Greyhound you're gone.

I can see it now- fast removal and a cover story consisting of "she became the story instead of the news itself"
disclaimer: I also predicted bin laden bought it at Tora Bora- he didn't, but I bet his ears are still ringing.

They, and their attorney, are claiming Free Republic sent out 30,000 letters to their readers giving direction that we should call radio stations and say we wanted them to not play DC songs.
Evidently the letters went missing in transit as we can't find anyone who actually received one.

"some of your critics say" you're a Communist Pig
I would say she is this one (from Animal Farm):
Squealer - The pig who spreads Napoleons propaganda among the other animals. Squealer justifies the pigs monopolization of resources and spreads false statistics pointing to the farms success. Orwell uses Squealer to explore the ways in which those in power often use rhetoric and language to twist the truth and gain and maintain social and political control.

I noticed that several years ago, it is what convinced me the news is not "the news", it is the agreed political position of the networks. And it is why I quit watching. Now I get my news from the links posted here, and I try to confirm with Fox.

Your content is inexcusable.
You are overly sensitive and have no sense of humor.
A short ditty about Katies Colon sung to the music of RAWHIDE is funny. So is the comment about her being stabbed in the back(side). Why? Because she went on national TV and had had something stuck up her backside. I'm pretty sure they left it there too.
I rarely ever have a comment pulled but I suppose at times people can be a bit anal about things around here.

When will Katie play the "SEX" card?? My money is on 3 months. One of two things will happen.
1. Sex card is played if there is a bad blood bath between The Perkster and the Suits.
2. If it is a "Gee, we made an honest mistake Katie, how about your own series of specials" like Barbara Walters was bought off with when she bombed on ABC. Then she can say she wanted to spend more time with her family like BaWa did?
Barbara Walters was hired away from Today when ABC wanted Good Morning America to have a shot at getting viewers when it was first launched.
Shortly afterwards, ABC realized what a goof they made and put BaWa out to TV pasture doing puff pieces on her specials so she wouldn't compete against ABC in any other time slot.
At the time it was stated by all parties involved, that she had no idea the job could be so demanding and realized her kids were growing up without her and she had decided to move on to specials that permitted her to spend more time with her family.
