Much of what radical Muslims do is tradition rather than the teachings of the Koran. "Honor" killings is a prime example of that.

It is really very simple. We deny to their face every day that they have any real religion at all, because they have no piety, because they have no fear of God, because they act outrageously and defend outrages, that everyone knows are anathema to any notion of justice. We call them unbelievers and atheists and heretics and cynics using a mere pretence of piety, purely for political purposes and those of the lowest possible kind. And we call on them to repent and renounce their errors, while assuring them we will not allow them the slightest power in any manner until they do.
If they want their religion to be respected, it is not our business but theirs, to first make it remotely respectable. God doesn't respect it, why the heck should we?

Yes. Nicely put. They are merely pretending to be outraged. Had they any decency, we would have heard their voices of sympathy when we lost 3,000 on 9/11.
