As others have noted, Islam appears to be a religion with no sense of irony. It is quite predictable that Muslims around the world will protest this suggestion that Islam has violent tendencies by . . . violent demonstrations and maybe a few kidnappings and beheadings.
They're just like the RATS. They love to dish it out, but are so thin-skinned that even a mild critisiscm will turn them even more nuts than they already are. His Holiness said nothing wrong, IMO.
