Seems to be more than accusations here. Like suspicion of the woman's story. It took a second rape to report the first incident? So far all responses here accept the woman's story.

Somethings just not right, a 22 year old woman can't fight off a real old man, and is stupid enough to put herself in the same position after the first 'incident'?

The accuser's name is never mentioned, which is a disturbing practice because more than half of all sex crime accusations turn out to be false. The accuser has nothing to lose, while the target is forever damaged. Sex crime accusers are always believed and given anonymity yet the false accusation rate is higher than for any other crime.
Every defendant has the right to face their accuser and that should include facing them in the press.

Absolutely a serious breach of trust and why is this "evil spirit" out on only $25,000 bail.
If this is true or even thought to be true I would imagine that an appropriate bail would be in the 500,000 to 1 mil range.
