Absolutely a serious breach of trust and why is this "evil spirit" out on only $25,000 bail. If this is true or even thought to be true I would imagine that an appropriate bail would be in the 500,000 to 1 mil range.
I was very surprised by the low bail too.
He is an escape risk if facing 20 yrs in the slammer.
