And why did she continue to attend his church. (I assume she continued to attend because he asked her to come and pray for this other women)

Yeah. Let's see what comes out at trial. There are some bad people that use the ministry and they should be punished. Good men, doing the Lord's work sometimes get falsely accused though. IMO any male, in any profession should always have another trusted female present during counseling.
