I am been sitting here watching FOX non stop. One reporter asked if it was as big as a satellite or if it was a satellite. No has said how large it is, no one has agreed that it is a satellite. One Nasa guy said that the shuttle's video system picks up objects that appear to be the size of a softball or larger and it video tapes the objects. This is why they have video of this object. So we know it is at least the size of a softball. Anything the size of a softball could damage the shuttle if it hits it and that is why the video system picks up these floating objects.

I was responding to something someone posted on this thread. I was finding it to incredible to believe that something as large as a satellite could be misplaced/lost for any length of time.
