Hmmmm.... Somehow, I don't think that is going to survive appeal.

Why are our judges so anxious to let illegal vote? Looks like we need to mount an impeachment.

A Federal District Court judge, perhaps?

How special! The judges name needs to be part of the thread. Even prominent in the title.

He/She really wants the Democrats to be allowed to vote several times and the non citizens to vote for the Democrats. Where is the oversight for the judiciary? Impeach this judge.

It was like that in Ms also. All I had to do was show up and give a name. I think the Democrats planned this way back in the 60's when they were keeping blacks from voting, now they use it to their advantage to vote multiple times.

Well that certainly clears up things for the Dims - they are now free to cheat again. I suppose we (AZ) will be next to have our new Prop 200 Voter ID thrown out by the American Criminal Liars Union and their puppets in the Courts. I am still trying to find out who elected the ACLU, and how can we impeach them!!!

URGENT
Judge throws out Georgia’s photo-voter ID law
By ERRIN HAINES
Associated Press Writer
ATLANTA (AP) — A state judge has thrown out Georgia’s law requiring voters to show photo ID, ruling that it violates the constitutional rights of the state’s voters.
Fulton County Superior Court Judge T. Jackson Bedford Jr. issued the ruling Tuesday, nearly three weeks after lawyers argued both sides of the issue, which is likely headed for the Georgia Supreme Court before the Nov. 7 general elections.
Bedford said the 2006 Georgia Voter ID Act disenfranchises otherwise qualified voters, and that the requirement of a photo ID as a condition of voting is not required under the state constitution.

Too bad it is not the same for the coming National ID (Real ID Act).

I do remember a time when you didn't need to present photo id to fly, this rule came in during Clinton. I remembered using someone else's ticket one time to fly back in the early 90's. I flew to Alabama on company plane and he flew back and I used his plane ticket to get back home.

Well, I have news for this nit wit judge, but voter fraud dilutes the votes of citizens. How can it be unduly burdensome to have to produce a photo id to vote when these same people can produce one to cash a welfare check?

"ROME, Ga. (AP) — The same federal judge who threw out Georgia's voter ID law last year blocked the state Wednesday from enforcing its revised law during this year's elections.

The ruling came less than two hours after the Georgia Supreme Court denied the state's emergency request to overrule a state court order that blocked enforcement of the new photo ID law during next week's primary elections and any runoffs.

U.S. District Judge Harold Murphy's ruling, which he delivered verbally from the bench, was much broader, also including the Nov. 7 general elections and any runoffs.

My bad in earlier post. However, this has been going on for quite awhile. The Jurassic Left fighting their last hopeless battle.
