Allen is playing textbook pefect hardball. All facts. Delivered at appropriate times. A relentless offense that doesn't just run the same play into the ground.

Pay attention. This is how the pro's win. Where was the "Pro" at when he was busy apologizing over a stupid yet petty remark?
Allen is inconsistent. He's got the fire in his belly at times but he's also has the deer in the headlights look.
He's fine as a Senator but he's not Presidential material.

Apparently you didn't watch the debate between Allen and Webb on "Meet the Press" this past Sunday or you'd never make a statement like that.
I certainly hope Allen wins but he has not hit anyone "cleverly" in a long time.
