I don't know about that but Shukrijumah was reportedly spotted in 2004 in Honduras meeting with MS-13 leaders. I think that the BOLO alert also mentioned him being spotted casing public transportation in the DC area. Another real lovely adherent of the Religion Of Peace.
Spotted in Texas, using a Mexican Matricular Consular ID card to try and rent an apartment, according to this article. Perhaps he had the assistance of MS13 to enter the country.
