That's right young child, you don't have to obey anyone honey. There is no right or wrong, no black or white. You just do whatever you want sweetie! Here in lies the problem in this nation.
Here's another thread on a different kind of search for school children:

My son would be pulled from school if any school official ever laid a hand on him. (Of course, I already hate public school, and am working on getting the money to send him to private school.)
You know this isn't difficult. Freedom of speech means freedom from government restraint or intimidation. It is not an absolute right as can be demonstrated by the government legally (since the founding of the republic) restricting some speech, specifically that which is harmful, i.e. perjury, child porn, yelling fire in a crowded theater, etc, etc.
It is foolish to say, "I have the right to say what ever I want, it's just that the government will punish me for committing perjury, a crime." If the government punishes you for saying lies under oath, you do not have the freedom to say lies under oath. You are facing state persecution for saying something, hence a restriction on your right, and since any restriction is impossible with an absolute, you do not have an absolute right to free speech.
The right to keep and bear arms is the same thing. If there is any restriction, any restrictions whatsoever, then you do not have an absolute right to keep and bear arms. The state can legally prevent you from keeping nuclear weapons. Yes, it is an extreme example, but the position that you have an ABSOLUTE right to keep and bear arms is an extreme position.
All rights come with restrictions. In a free society, those restrictions are kept to a minimum. In a free society, the people must have the means to rise up against an oppressive government and throw off the shackles of tyranny. (I read that somewhere) Hence a free press, the freedom of speech, the right to peacefully assemble, and the right to keep and bear arms are essential to a free society. But absolute freedom of these rights will not ensure tranquility or liberty. Instead it will bring about anarchy.
The state can, and does limit the rights of minors because we as a society understand that minors are, as a whole, more immature and irresponsible than adults. A minors right to keep and bear arms is indeed restricted. That restriction may come in the form of requiring parental permission or supervision, but it is still a restriction.
Children are people, but there rights are indeed restricted, more so than an adults. I will conceed that it would have been better if I wrote, "The state can and does restrict the right of minors to keep and bear arms." or "Children's right to keep and bear arms are restricted by the stat. But the point remains, when the state enacts laws that limit when or where a weapon may be carried and by whom, it is restricting a right.
Absolute freedom is not liberty, it is anarchy. Liberty is freedom protected by the rule of law.
Congratulations on getting your daughters out of public schools.
Whatever it costs, it's worth it.
Thank you. I much appreciate the link.

I want to buy a metal detector but I don't know which is the best. I found a lot of informations about that on http://www.METAL-DETECTOR-REVIEW.COM and I want to know more about which model is ideal for treasure hunting. Any recommendations would be appreciated, make and model, etc)
Thanks
Yup, got to get them used to the Brave New World!! /sarc
Seriously, there is a simple solution. If I didn't agree with this, I'd put my money in a private school instead of suing and leave that socialist hellhole to rot by itself.
