'Disadvantaged' referring, of course, to those who refuse to work and instead spend their time putting out more children than the working people would even consider bringing into the world. The problem with social welfare (either in the U.S. or any other country) is that the dumbest and laziest among us are the ones who re-populate in large numbers so as to bring in "free" money for as long as possible. Eventually the fruits of the working man's labor won't be able to spread far enough to cover the world's deadbeats.

You got that right. We could easily add your paragraph to this article. I would fit right in with the premise.
