Whe I was in the work force, you could do men's work if and only if you acted like one of the guys. Feminization is a lot like the coarsening of the culture. Who knew that raising wages would just mean more money spent on beer?

I'm not speaking about generalizations. I'm speaking more of the "Lower the Standards" to make the fems happy. In many instances, women can perform just as well if not better than men and vice/versa.

BUT

For example, I do NOT want a 100 pound female firefighter climbing thru my families 2nd stroy window if she can only lift 40 pounds and she happens to be already carrying 40 pounds of gear on her back. WHat is she going to do, talk with us until obviously stronger people show up? Or is it only the strong men that get put in the position of climbing thru burning buildings, yet the female wants the same pay?

I think I can safely say MOST people would want a very strong person to be climbing thru that window. Now if there is a woman that fits that bill, GREAT. But that is not the norm.

Same thing with the military, for some reason, it's ok that young men have to register for draft, but when it's mentioned that women should as well....well that's just insane.

Funny how it is a fit only when it is comfortable.
