David Duke endorsed Graf; Graf has remained silent, indicating consent. Graf's perfectly OK with Duke having a "Donate to Graf" button on the David Duke website; he hasn't demanded that it get pulled.
Graf needed to tell David Duke where to go, and what to do when he got there.
