Have you ever noticed how quick the Bush administration has been to declare all OBL tapes authentic?

My theory is that Usama made "dictionary tapes". They're all cut and paste, poor quality and we never have the originals.
The other problem we have is different people interpreting them.

I have noticed that, but I have also noticed that it is the CIA which confirms their authenticity, and which has its own motivations, which are not necessarily identical to those of the administration.
