There was a story on FNC last night on this; it is a state senator (don't know party, don't know name). HEre is what is on their web site regarding this:

Is a Pa. state senator to blame for the shooting death of teen neighbor Louis Farrell? 'The Lineup' investigates!

Apparently the senator's gun was the weapon used in the murder/suicide (not yet determined). I don't believe the senator's name was given. Its not much, but all I can find on this topic.

Heard that. Both declined to comment. Hmmmmmmmmm.........Maybe it just happened last night?????

Nonetheless, if its a Democrat the story may be buried.

You almost had it!

FIRPOTUS: Former. Impeached. Rapist. President of the United States.

There are other variants, but this one rings the truest, in my opinion.

From Clinton interview:

All of President Bush's neocons claimed that I was too obsessed with finding Bin Laden - Did they?

The CIA was run by George Tenet who President Bush gave the medal of freedom to and said he did a good job. - What 's his beef with Tenet? (or President Bush?)

The CIA and the FBI refused to certify that Bin Laden was responsible while I was there. They refused to certify. - The same people stood in the way of President Bush too thro' MSM, but W went along with his way over-ruling them.

I never criticized President Bush. - Really?

Why did they fire Richard Clarke? - Because they can, it 's their admn.

And you've got that little smirk on your face. It looks like you're so clever - So, Bush is on his mind & he thinks Bush 's clever.

Bubba is still upset that he was replaced by the son of the man he replaced. Doesn't look good in the history books.

Right, one's legacy will come to an end soon while the other's will continue for a long time.

Which is why he's so ticked off. He's realizing he won't be able to charm historians a century from now.

Timmy will have his knee-pads... and handy-wipes ready.

It 's a shame that MSM is running as a terrorist propaganda machine and portrays America as the worst enemy of the civilization.

The real world always don't reflect what the MSM says. Here 's just one example they won't report:

German Woman to rescue American Navy SEAL by donating her bone marrow. Really worth the Read.

Answer to your (rhetorical) questions above:

1. No, of course not! We were mad he wasn't doing ENOUGH! As President Bush said later, "We're not going to send a million dollar missile to blow up a 100 dollar camel" anymore.

2. LOL! Clinton hired Tenent! He's his creation. If Tenent's so bad in Clinton's eyes, why didn't he fire him instead of passing him on to President Bush? Hmmmmm... Do I detect a pattern here? That's right, Clinton, Let George Do It. Just like George Bush having to fight a war against Al Qaeda now since you didn't do your job then.

3. Well, the CIA and FBI couldn't talk to each other and share intelligence due to your Assistant Attorney General Jamie Gorelick and her wall, remember? And Bill, while we're at it, why did this "wall" have to be? I heard it was to prevent the agencies finding out about ChiCom financing of your campaign (and God knows what else) for missile technology? Care to speak on that?

4. Clinton's criticism of the Bush administration has broken all bounds of traditional former presidential behavior. This is an outright lie, and I'm sure we could post thousands of news articles posting quotes that contradict you, Clinton.

5. Richard Clarke's main concern was cyber terrorism. I'd say after 9/11, he failed, wouldn't you?

6. It's either the smirk, the bit lip, or some other theatric.

Just found this on Fox website. Apparently the shooting was in July. Why is it only being discussed now? ..

Legislator Speaks Out on Teen's Death

Tuesday, September 19, 2006

GREENSBURG, Pa. — A Pennsylvania legislator on Tuesday denied any involvement in the shooting death of a 14-year-old neighbor whose body was found next to the senator's gun this summer.

Investigators have yet to determine whether Louis Farrell's death was an accident, suicide or homicide. The boy's father found his body July 22 near his home with a gunshot wound to the head.

The boy had a key to state Sen. Robert Regola's house and had been caring for the senator's dogs.

Regola released a statement through his attorney, Mark Rush, saying he wanted to address public speculation about the investigation.

"Neither my son, Bobby, nor I had any involvement in the tragic death of Lou Farrell,"Regola said.

Rush said the senator's 16-year-old son and Farrell had a six-minute telephone call the night before Farrell's body was found, but did not say what the teens had talked about.

"I was in Harrisburg during the entire period in question,"Regola said in the statement."Bobby was away from home all day at Idlewild Park with his girlfriend and her parents; they brought him home late that night.

His son was then visited by a relative at the Regola home with the security system activated, he said.

"The security records, which have been turned over to investigators, show that no one left or entered the house during the time he was alone,"Regola said.

Regola said he had kept the gun stored in a case in his bedroom.

It's on at different times in different cities, on the Fox Channel, not Fox News, so check your local listings. I beleive it is rebroadcast on Fox News at 5:00 PM Eastern, so you could catch it then. Other FReepers may wish to correct me if I'm wrong on that.

I'll be interested to see if Wallace brings up the refusal of the Clinton admin. to allow the Bush administration transition team to set-up and facilitate the change in administrations. My money says that this will be ignored.

I think the showing varies state by state. Here in FL (at least in Tampa) its on fox national channel at 9am. It repeats on the FNC Channel in the evening (6pm here in Tampa).
