Very well said. The behavior of the tourists is inexcusable, but the Philippines is a sovereign country. They don't have to allow tourists to enter their country and behave this way. The Philippine government and police force could crack down on this sort of thing if they so desired. Why aren't they busting brothel owners, workers and patrons right and left?

Surely you already know the answer to that question. The politicians, cops, and judges in the Philippines are more corrupt than even the most corrupt Democrat city in America. The payoffs are obviously very lucrative.

Did you read the article?

They don't get cracked down on because the police and court systems are corrupt.

You get in trouble, you hand the cops some cash, and you go home.

You want to run one of these joints, you kick back some $$ to the local cops and politicians.. or even let them have some time with your girls, and all is good.
