The Pakistani army could wipe out the Taliban in two weeks - they don't want to.
We'll see about the second part - if we don't soon see US/NATO bombing of Taliban positions on the Pak side of the border - then I don't where this policy is heading.
So could the Lebanonese army ... but half of them are Hezbollah sympathizers.
