I have little doubt bj came to Fox prepared to settle a score, what I think set him off was when Wallace described the numerous emails from people wanting Clinton to be asked 'WHY'? I agree. I believe Clinton came ready to do battle, but lost control of himself during said battle. It gave anyone with eyes to see and ears to hear what he is really like.
