Well, that's how I figured it out--nj, from the poster's name, but it's convenient for Freepers to have a state reference so an article can be read and understood quickly. Sometimes links (not in this ref) will even go to an article which doesn't have any reference to the state--"Localburg Press" or, what's even more irritating, "WCRB News and Sports"--
