To: Sam's Army

"Mister" was the form of address preferred by a guy you might've heard of, went by the name of George Washington. There was some discussion about what title to use, the most popular being "Your Excellency." Washington, however, formalized use of "Mr. President" or "Mr. Washington."

Understand--but I never hear Mr Clinton called "Mr", maybe "former President Bill Clinton".

Just asking for the seemingly impossible---equal treatment
