If it's on the Philadelphia Inquirer site, I can't find it. Maybe this stuff happens all the time there, so it's not big news and only big news in the Dakotas where big crime is not as frequent.
It was on the NBC 10 news last night, but no mention was made of the sexual nature of the crime at all.
