Good job on the posting.....I have seen some of the rescues on TV the Coast Guard does.....wow boats, helicopters vs storms and high seas.....wow, hats off to the USCG....

the USCG - over 35,000 rescues in the aftermath of Katrina....they're the best....

I know a few former Coast Guardsmen who affectionately refer to the Coast Guard as the "Hooligan Navy." Great fellows... dedicated to their duty...
