Kosovo? Forget about it. The Albanians, our quaint and colorful Balkan allies even have a contingent in Iraq, helping us out. Payback has probably got something to do with Kosovo, ya think?
At any rate, someone has to handle drug running, car theft, and brothel management in Iraq. We obviously picked the best ally for the job.
