That was way too wordy of an article that basically states that the ITN reporters did not intend to deceive the world about that photo and thus, won the court case of libel against them.

That does not disprove that in fact the reporters were behind a fence and that the people being photographed were outside the fence.

And given what we've seen with the fake photos from Lebanon, if I was on the jury, I would have convicted ITN of willful deception!
