Two questions
1 What does their licence say (if anything) about refusing passengers?
2 Just how many (Muslim) drivers are partaking?

I'm glad they have the color-coding. Now I'll know which cabbies are islamonazis, and I'll find a different cab whether I'm carrying alcohol or not.
This is good news if the color coding goes through. It will weed out the drivers that treat women horribly. This never happened to me, but I have heard stories about cabbies being very rude to female customers.
Just what the cab companies want - cabbies who refuse to pick up passengers. How the heck do they manage to get airport duty? You'd think they would keep those kind of cabbies in less prosperous territory, but I suppose they've already played the race card on that one.
But the woman? Idiot for telling the cabbie what's in her luggage. On the other hand, you're right about picking and choosing from the Koran. Sounds like a power play to me. I can't imagine the cab company would bother with sensitivity unless it's run by muzzies or the muzzies have already played the race card. It sure seems like an organized play to me.

They're just as bad as Christian pharmacists refusing to provide abortion-pills because of their religious convictions.
The cabbie learned she was carrying alcohol because she told him "to be careful with her luggage because it contained fragile bottles of wine" that could be broken if handled roughly. She could have just as easily been speaking about a delicate laptop computer or expensive jewelry. The cabbie is a vile Islamist whom we don't want in our midst, anyway.

Brilliant observation. They will probably protest that the theocratical American government is degrading the middle east's pure oil to offend good muslims.

A more accurate comparison might be pharmacists who wouldn't serve anything to anyone who'd ever taken the morning-after-pill.
Some states don't permit you to have alcohol legally delivered by mail.
I wonder if the Republicans took that into consideration when selecting Minneapolis as the site for the 2008 convention...lol
Let me know next time a Mormon cab driver refuses you a ride because you are drunk or transporting alcoholic beverages.
