It's from a guy at Case Western Reserve in Cleveland, Ohio, who's done a bang-up job of creating a tutorial that's easy and doesn't hurt one's head to use.

And, it includes how to do pictures!

"How do you post a pic? "

Find the pic you want to post. Right click on it and view the properties. Copy the properties. That will show you the link to it. Then type >IMG SRC="paste the properties of the pic here"< You will want to point the arrows opposite of what I did. If I would have pointed them the correct way they wouldn't have been visible.
