Forget about Clinton and what happened in the 90s. Either the Republican leadership dealt with this issue in a proper manner or they didn't. And Foley is either guilty or he isn't.

Whether or not Clinton is a lying SOB or not isn't the issue.

Someone else mentioned that Foley may have been the victim of a sting operation. Why bring this up? You can't get stung unless you're acting inappropriately.
