Part-time is great for mothers with small children who'd like to work some but not a lot. I've been P/T for 10 years and I love it.
Good for Wal-mart for offering this option.

It is not an option, they are forcing everyone they can into part-time and not hiring any full-timers.

Yea part time is great for a few, and I have no problem with walmart offering it but when they are pushing that 40% of their staff be part time thats sad.

It was always an option....but there are more people who want full time not part time....so they can get the benefits.
