These copycat killers are targeting our daughters for slaughter. I think the President needs to get involved. I feel I have to keep my daughter home until I see some action. Action as in armed police presence at school.

That is a gross overreaction. You daughter is at much bigger risk for death being driven too or from school.

Just because something seems HUGE in the media, does not mean it is actually a HUGE problem. If you really want to do yourself a favor, buy an old 20/20 episode called "Are we scaring ourselves to death?" from John Stossell. There is also a book on the topic by H. Aaron Cohl. Both are available at Amazon. (I haven't read the book)

You'll enjoy your life a whole lot more after you take their message to heart.
