This is not an implementation of their law. It is a request by a parent to allow for an exemption of the policy that the girl has to wear shorts.

Which part of our culture should she have to conform to? The part that allows some consideration of religious beliefs or the part that forces immodesty on our kids?

If this was anybody but a muslim, you'd be foaming from the other side of your mouth about how we have kicked religion out of our schools.

Then why involve CAIR? If I didn't want to wear shorts in school, I wouldn't have called a Catholic legal association.
