Oh how awful! Ricky will only be gone 7-9 months. He promised to write me e-mails and let me know how he's doing. I'm assuming you have the same form of communication with your son?
Yes....he bought a laptop before he left and I signed up for AIM's IM so we can communicate...plus I bought him a phone card so he can re-up his minutes.....my hubby was there and they were extended for 15mos...so, I'm betting my son will be too!
