Not going to happen...

But if Hillary gets the White House...

Who knows...

Just remember...

people intent on killing will do it whether they have access to guns or not-this attempt to take away our constitutional rights surfaces after evry big shooting-if more citizens had concealed carry rights there would be less mass killings-this guy wouldn't have barged into a place where he would've figured there were other people with firearms-he committed an act of terrorism against innocent children-it's all about him-not guns

Gun control in PA? Only if we allow it.

Constitution of Pennsylvania (1968)

Declaration of Rights

Article One, Section 21

Right to bear arms.

"The right of the citizens to bear arms in defense of themselves and the State shall not be questioned."

Article One, Section 25

Reservation of powers in people

To guard against transgressions of the high powers which we have delegated, we declare that everything in this article is excepted out of the general powers of government and shall forever remain inviolate.

That means that the Legislature can’t vote to restrict our rights. Ever. Certainly, not with a law. And not even with an amendment. They don’t have the authority. If the lawmakers don’t respect the Supreme law of PA that they swore to obey, why should we obey the laws that they write?

The legislature and courts in PA don't pay much mind to the Constitution and won't unless we do. WE, THE PEOPLE, must let them know that we will not tolerate their abuses and will vote them out when they fail to honor their oath of office.

There go the gun-grabbers again --

...dancing on the graves of innocent victims...

WHEN are people going to realize we have more gun control than what we need.

What we need more of is people that use guns in a crime, ANY crime need to be imprisoned for LIFE....

If they take a life, they need to die for it; if they use a gun in a robbery, they need life in prision....

Against the Amish you'd be pretty much unstoppable with a Claymore (the actual sword, not the anti-personnel mine). You could easily make your own Claymoor out of a truck leaf spring. Those are hardly available at all.

Go ahead - ban all the weapons you want. The nut cases will always figure out something to do that will make the authorities unhappy.

I am going to steal that last statement for my tagline.

You are more than welcome...

It is not mine to give, but to embolden others to think and act outside the box in everything legal manner to protect your country...

Pass it on...

I wish the Maryland Constitution had that language in it.

Well, they pretty much ignore it. We already have 88 pages of gun laws despite that clear language.

In fact, they pretty much ignore the Constitution whenever it doesn't suit them.
